It was founded in 1997

and was an extension of legal institutions that had been working for nearly fifty years in all law and legal services branches. The organization’s branches expanded in Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza, and entered into legal partnerships with many legal firms in Saudi Arabia and the Arab Gulf countries. The institution’s role has developed to provide legal support through a legal academy that provides trained cadres.

Francis Law Firm provides all legal services to its clients such as ministries, governmental and non-governmental bodies and companies.
